Proxinova has signed an agreement with a leading shipping and logistics company to develop their new modern CRM system based on Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM Cloud platform.
The planned phase one of cloud based CRM system will automate the organisation's lead and sales management. The new business processes within CRM system will improve sales numbers and reduce the cost of new sales significantly.
This comprehensive CRM solution will include all aspects, processes, functionalities and technical components a modern cloud based CRM must have. The project will be delivered in two phases, phase one focusing on reengineering existing business processes and identifying required functionalities while phase two focuses on development and delivery.
